1. What do I need to use CJ Themes?
a. Your own domain and website hosting that supports PHP and MySQL.
b. Latest version of WordPress (Its absolutely free!)
2. Are CJ Themes compatible with the latest version of WordPress?
Yes. CJ themes don’t interfere with your WordPress installation to give you that awe-inspiring, jaw-dropping usability and functionality! CJ Themes create their own table in database to save and fetch custom settings and do not burden your core wordpress installation. CJ Themes are tested with the latest version of WordPress and work fine with them.
3. Are CJ Themes compliant with the latest web standards?
Yes. CJ themes are fully xHTML & CSS valid. Our themes comply with the latest web standards and we take care that none of our custom pages or the default page/post setup is broken in terms of Web Standards.
4. Do I need to know programming to use CJ Themes?
Absolutely not. You don’t need to know the “P” of programming to use CJ Themes. The custom options that come with CJ Themes allow you to do almost anything that you might have ever thought of, without any hassles. Our themes are fully documented. Besides, we have our support group where you can get all your questions answered ASAP!
5. Do I need to pay extra for upgrades?
CJ themes are under constant development. All the technical upgrades and feature enhancements will be FREE forever.
6. Do CJ Themes come with documentation/guides?
Yes, CJ Themes Demo carries detailed documentation under documentation category, that covers all the important topics and guide on optimizing your theme according to your needs. Themes may carry additional videos and screen-grabs to support the textual documentation to help you get familiar with your CJ Theme in every way.
Our Support Group is a great place for posting questions and getting them answered right away.
7. I want to report a bug / I want to suggest a feature or enhancement.
CSSJockey would really appreciate your reports / suggestions regarding CJ Themes. Please use the contact form or post in our Support Group. We’d try to resolve/implement your reports/suggestions as soon as possible.
8. I made the payment. I still did not receive the theme?
An email with a link to download the theme is sent immediately once you make the payment. Please make sure to check your SPAM folder as well to make sure whether the email is there.
If you still not received it, use this contact form and send the transaction details. I will send you the details again. Please complete the process in one go (including downloading the theme files) because the link will expire once its clicked (security feature).
9. I don’t have a paypal/credit card and I wish to buy a CJ theme.
PayPal is absolutely free and easy to use . Still, if you can’t pay that way, please contact us and we’ll find out what works.
10. Can I use CJ themes for developing websites for my clients?
CJ Themes must be used on your personal website only. If you wish to use CJ theme on multiple websites you must buy the theme with multi-user license. However, you may not resell or redistribute CJ Themes via any media without prior permission.
